Where do I begin? Well I would love to tell you that I’m smiling all the time, but I am a woman. Life is stressful, fast, and I can relate to 90 percent of the people reading this. I am a loving wife, a proud mother of three crazy kids who are running me all over the place. My kids keep me and my husband on our toes… all of the time with activities, play dates, and of course the emergency trips to the doctor. In my downtime I love a good glass of wine, braiding for my little princesses, and a great cut of steak.

Both of my parents were in the medical field completely different than what I do today, but it’s the service for others that give me the drive to help women. Truthfully, I just got sick of women being told that they were just going to have to live with their every changing body and there was nothing they could do about it. I want to re-empower the amazing women out there that want to feel alive, happy, healthy, and most importantly confident. I understand that menopause isn’t one of those “girl talks” you have with your friends or family members, because nobody really has the perfect advice to give. We are all trying to figure it out together. With my medical background and my personal life I wanted to help make a difference. That is exactly whey this webinar became a passion project.
