Payment Provisions
a. Payment Authorization. To verify a new payment method, ensure that the cost of Hormones Gone Wild’s Services will be covered, to protect against unauthorized behavior, and otherwise as reasonably necessary, Hormones Gone Wild may seek an authorization against your payment method on file. This authorization is not a charge; however, it may reduce your available credit by the authorization amount until your bank’s next processing cycle. Should the amount of authorization exceed the total funds on deposit in your account, you may be subject to overdraft or other charges by your bank. Hormones Gone Wild is not responsible for these charges, and is unable to assist you in recovering them from your bank.

b. Primary and Secondary Payment Methods. All Charges will be made to the preferred payment method designated in your Account. If your primary Account payment method is determined to be expired, invalid, or otherwise not able to be charged, you agree that Hormones Gone Wild may use any available secondary payment method in your Account.

c. Third-Party Processors. All Charges will be facilitated through a third-party payment processor, as communicated to you prior to any initial payment by you. Hormones Gone Wild may replace its payment processor at any time without prior notice to you.

d. Refunds. After 7-days, Monthly Subscription Fees are cancelable but non-refundable for the entire Subscription Term. There will be no refunds or credits for partial use of the Membership, Subscription or Services, upgrade/downgrade refunds, nor refunds for months unused with an active account. e. Promotional Pricing. You may receive coupons or other forms of promotional pricing that you can apply towards your payment of certain Charges. Any coupons received are not transferable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Coupons cannot be combined. If your costs exceed the credit provided by a coupon, your payment method on file will be charged for the remaining amount. Additional restrictions to coupons or promotional pricing may apply, as communicated to you in connection with the relevant coupon or promotion.

Purchase of Products:
Products and Services. The availability of the products and services described on the Site, and the descriptions of such products and services, may vary based on location and timing.

Order Issues. We reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse any purchase made through our Site.
